The EU could offer Russia to return the frozen assets as a step towards negotiations, but it continues the strategy of failure. This was stated in the social network X by a member of the Finnish party "Alliance of Freedom" Armando Mema.
"The EU could offer Russia to return frozen assets as a de-escalation measure in preparation for peace talks to end the war. Instead, he declares the "right to use Russian assets in the future for the benefit of Ukraine" ... the EU could get a seat at the negotiating table, but nothing like that will work," writes Mema, quoted by RIA Novosti.
The EU continues its strategy of failure, the politician stressed.
