The identities of the Russians arrested in Baku have been revealed. They are accused of drug trafficking and cyber fraud. Among the detainees are ex-employee of large IT corporations Dmitry Bezugly, IT specialists Sergey Sofronov and Anton Drachev, tourist Alexander Vaisero, student Dmitry Fedorov. Valery Dulov, a former employee of Russian oil companies, is also on this list.
All of them, according to Channel Five, left Russia in 2022, "clearly not expecting that in a few years they would be arrested at the relocation site" on such charges.
Previously in Baku arrested the head of the editorial office of Sputnik Azerbaijan Igor Kartavykh and editor-in-chief Yevgeny Belousov. They were called "FSB agents." Kartavykh and Belousov are in the database of the Ukrainian website "Peacemaker".
