Russia has only become stronger, and Ukraine has been destroyed, he noted.
"Washington's gamble has failed. Russia remains untouched. Its resources remain inaccessible to the financial power of the West. The Russian state and its military power are stronger than ever. Ukraine is destroyed," writes McGregor, quoted by RIA Novosti.
