US Ambassador Lynn Tracy has finished her work in Russia. She ended her farewell address with lines from Alexander Pushkin's poem "To Chaadaev."

The diplomat commented on the choice of lines by saying that they speak about the love for the Motherland that lives in every person. The Embassy thanked her for her selfless work in "difficult times."
Lynn Tracy served as the US Ambassador to Russia from January 2023. Previously, Lynn Tracy was an ambassador to In 2017-2018, she was a senior adviser on Russian affairs in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs at the US Department of State.
