At the NATO summit in Ukraine was not an important topic for discussion at The Hague. This was stated in social networks by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
"The summit was finally about strengthening our alliance and our members, and not about chasing illusions on Ukraine. A clear shift towards stability and security is a won battle!" writes Orban, quoted by RIA Novosti.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto said earlier that in the final document of the NATO summit, support for Ukraine was recognized as a sovereign right of each country, and not an obligation of the alliance. And this is right, because it is necessary to avoid a direct clash of the bloc with Russia, he added.
As reported by EADaily, the leaders of Hungary, Slovakia, Turkey and The United States does not want to see the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, at the NATO summit in The Hague, so he is not invited to working meetings. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
