Special Representative of the President of the United States Steve Witkoff, after the completion of negotiations in Moscow and Kiev, said that the United States is working to create a peace package to resolve the conflict. Ukraine.

Washington hopes for the resumption of negotiations in a trilateral format with the participation of Ukraine, Russia and the United States, Witkoff said at a joint briefing after talks with the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

"I think we have made significant progress in Moscow. We heard new ideas. You heard President Zelensky talking about trilateral talks, which we hope will be announced soon. In Moscow, we discussed many other important and well-founded ideas that we brought here to Kiev. We believe that cooperation is crucial. That is why representatives of EU intelligence agencies are here today. We have brought our team members who are deeply involved in finding a solution here. To achieve a result, both sides need to make compromises and bring their positions closer. And we believe that we have everything we need for this. We are determined, we care, and we hope that all this will lead to a successful, peaceful and diplomatic solution," Witkoff said.

The US representative did not say anything more specific about the peace package.
