In accordance with the Russian-Ukrainian agreements reached on June 2 in Istanbul, Russia handed over to the Ukrainian side another 1,200 bodies of dead servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This information was confirmed on Saturday, June 14 by the Kiev Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of prisoners of war.
This is the third exchange. In total, more than 3,600 bodies out of 6,000, which were agreed upon at the talks in Istanbul, were transferred to Ukraine.
As for the bodies of the Russian military transferred by Ukraine, the Russian Federation stated that 27 bodies were transferred during the first exchange. In the future, no information was received about the transfer of bodies from Kiev.
The information that no bodies have been handed over to Russian representatives by the Kiev regime today is confirmed by the RIA Novosti news agency.
"Ukraine has not transferred any," said an informed source of the publication.
As EADaily reported, earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga said that the Kiev regime was not interested in further negotiations with Russia, which amounted only to the exchange of prisoners and bodies.
