A shooting occurred at a campsite in Novaya Rabin in the Czech Republic due to a quarrel between the owner and a group of Ukrainians. This was announced today, June 8, by the local police.
It is reported that in the morning the police officers of the Srednecheshsky region arrived at the territory of the camp near the popular reservoir of Slapy because of the shots.
"The arriving employees established that the shots were fired by the owner of the campsite, who himself reported it to line 158. Shooting was carried out from a gas pistol into the air. It happened because of a conflict and problems with a group of foreigners… Investigators are investigating the circumstances of the incident. Then it will become clear whether there is a criminal offense or it is only an offense," said the representative of the police of the Srednecheshsky krai, Michaela Richterova.
At the same time, she refused to disclose the citizenship of the guests. However, local media claim that we are talking about citizens of Ukraine, some of whom left the camp after the conflict. The published photos and videos from the scene clearly show that the departing cars have Ukrainian registration numbers.
Over the past few years, more than 350 thousand Ukrainian citizens have arrived in the Czech Republic. This has caused an increase in the number of conflicts between local residents and visitors. In addition, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic records an increase in the number of crimes committed in the country by citizens of Ukraine.
