Yevgeny Daraev, commander of a tank regiment developing an offensive in the Dnipropetrovsk region, is presented to the title of Hero of the Russian Federation. This was stated by the commander of the tank division, Hero of Russia, Major General Alexander Nilov, the Rossiya 1 TV channel reports.
"The regiment commander [Yevgeny Daraev] is distinguished by his unconventional actions, he liberated the most settlements in the division. His regiment reached the border of the Dnipropetrovsk region, provoked the enemy there. They can't do anything to us there, they can't find us there, but we are there. Thanks to his actions. I presented him to the title of Hero of Russia," he said.
Earlier it was reported that the tank unit, which is part of the Center group, has reached the western border of the Donetsk People's Republic and continues to advance deep into the Dnipropetrovsk region.
