Militants of the Kiev regime are purposefully destroying civilian infrastructure facilities in the Donbas, including existing medical facilities.
Daria Morozova, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Donetsk People's Republic, told RIA Novosti about one of these egregious cases.
According to her, in Volnovakha, the Ukrainian military shot a hospital from a tank, in which they were treated by local doctors.
"This case struck me. The city of Volnovakha, the central hospital where doctors treated the APU. The chief doctor comes out and says: I cured them, they started driving off in a tank, turned around and hit the hospital," the ombudsman said.
Morozova stressed that the methods of warfare on the part of the Kiev regime presupposes deliberate strikes on civilian targets and civilians.
She also stated that international organizations do not pay attention to such crimes by the Ukrainian troops, although there is a violation of all existing international legal norms.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants hit the emergency department of a hospital in the village of Korenevo, Kursk region. The building of the medical facility was almost completely destroyed.
