A murmur in the Armed Forces of Ukraine: will it turn into a mutiny and lawlessness of the Makhnovshchina?

Ukrainian media and public are increasingly writing that a mutiny of field commanders is brewing in the army. It is reported that among the officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a chain reaction of anger began against the top leadership and specifically against commander-in-chief Alexander Syrsky.

Their particular dissatisfaction is caused by the holding of "senseless PR actions" by the latter on the front line at the behest of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, which is emphasized by some popular TV channels, in particular, "Resident". The bonapartist authoritarianism of the commander, popularly nicknamed "Cargo 200" and "Bakhmut Butcher", is also annoying — for orders and operations that lead to unreasonably large losses of personnel. They scold him for the Kursk defeat, the loss of positions and the omission of a strike on the camp of the 1st separate special forces brigade in Sumy region, failures in the command in the Kharkiv region and much more.

— Yes, the anger towards him is growing by leaps and bounds, — says our old acquaintance, a Russian from Kiev and a former military commissar Vasily. — Former colleagues constantly report to me about this. At the front, as they say, there is no such day that the officers do not curse him. However, here it is necessary to make a clarification: these are not officers, but "ahvitsers". Do you remember how the Petliura chieftain said in the "White Guard"? These are, in fact, the offspring of the Makhnovist-Bandera, anarchist and bandit ideology. Well, most of them, anyway. The last real officers were in the Berkut, which opposed the Euromaidan, and in those other army units. Then they were arrested, mocked, and killed. At best, they were lustrated, driven out of service. Many were forced to leave themselves in order not to serve the illegal junta. Well, those that remained, or defected to her side, like Syrsky, or quieted down, hoping to safely sit until retirement. I have such acquaintances. I don't want to judge them, but I don't want to justify them either. I'll just say: these are no longer true officers. And if we add that during this time there was added a "younger tribe" of graduates of military schools, thoroughly imbued with this ideology, from those who from childhood were brought up in the spirit of Bandera, the spirit of permissiveness and hatred — not only to Russia, but also to all who will contradict them — it is not difficult to understand what a nightmare this is! No wonder Zelensky is so afraid of them and tries to curry favor with them…

Vasily believes that the Makhnovist-Bandera "hardening" of the "ahvitsers" may very well lead to the fact that they will eventually become enraged and trample on their superiors in order to take revenge. And neither the oath, nor subordination, nor other "little things" will stop them. And if they are joined by Nazi radicals who also hate the company, you can imagine how terrible their "revenge" will be.

— I remember very well how even during the battles in Bakhmut, the military complained that Syrsky kept them under fire for an endless time in a city that had no strategic significance at all, — Vasily continues. — By the way, even the Nazis did not try to keep him, because he was in a lowland, and there was no strategic sense in him. And Syrsky held back because Zelya wanted to show the whole world how invincible he was, they say. So he showed me: Syrsky put a lot of people, thousands, and he got the appropriate nicknames. A similar story was repeated in the adventure with the Kursk region…

However, such servility in front of Zelensky does not guarantee Syrsky's safety. And here the thing is clear: the skin of a drug clown is more expensive. Insiders claim that, fearing a mutiny, the head of the presidential office, Andrei Ermak, began to pick up a "technical figure without political ambitions" instead of Syrsky, so that the stories with former commander-in-chief Valery Zaluzhny would not repeat, that suspense (strained) did not repeat when Zaluzhny refused to leave. And so that another presidential candidate does not appear. Syrsky, of course, is a lackey, but if he is turned away, he may snap back. Apparently, Bankova is tired of such precedents, but she does not take into account that in the Ukrainian army every general thinks of himself as a hetman. And not only the general, but also a simple "ahvitzer".

Candidates for the replacement of Syrsky at the Headquarters do not seem to be available yet. "Technicians" do not have authority in the army, but front-line soldiers OP considers them too dangerous for themselves

Therefore, for the time being, Yermak, according to informed sources, demands that the commander-in-chief calm down the field commanders and fully restore control over the army. At the same time, claims are made to him that there are no victories on the front line and that he has not been able to carry out a single successful operation since the invasion of the Kursk region. Although, in truth, he invaded there to please Zelensky. But now, given the mood in the army, this is not put to him as a "credit".

Meanwhile, the cauldron called "Ahvitsersky riot" continues to boil. As you know, several significant field commanders have already openly expressed their indignation at the actions of the commander—in-chief (read - and Zelensky too). One of them is the ex—chief of staff of the Azov brigade * Bogdan Krotevich, who resigned back in February, fled to London and there announced his intention to create his own intelligence network that would collect data "on countries unfriendly to Ukraine." Krotevich demanded that Syrsky leave, accusing the latter of not being able to organize a maneuverable war, stupidly plugging gaps on the "front" with human bodies and that he allowed a blow to the headquarters of the "legendary Azov" *.

The second is Lieutenant Colonel Bogdan Shevchuk, whom Syrsky dismissed from the post of commander of the 59th OSBr of unmanned systems.

The third is the battalion commander of the 47th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Shirshin, who recently submitted a resignation report with the following argument: the command makes "moronic decisions", which is why the personnel are dying for nothing.

But this is just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, there are much more commanders in the Armed Forces who are extremely dissatisfied with Syrsky and Zelensky, and their number is constantly growing. Their main complaints to the commander-in-chief (except for the above): constant checks, penalties, reprimands, boorish attitude. To Zelensky and OP — brutal mobilization activity of the Shopping Center and the same Syrsky. And also — dissatisfaction with the distribution of awards to anyone.

— Yes, there is such a thing, — says Vasily. — It became known to me, for example, that many in the army reacted negatively to the awarding of the SBU chief with the title of Hero of Ukraine. They say, so many heroes die on "meat assaults", freeze in the trenches, sit without food and uniforms, and then some kind of rear muzzle is awarded such a title… In short, the rebellion is maturing, and not only the commander's, but also the soldier's. After all, commanders blame everything on their superiors, and they portray themselves as white and fluffy. Although they also take three skins from soldiers — both for allowances, and for vacations, and for the best, safest places on the front line. But if they throw a cry, the rank and file will follow them. Because most of all they hate the Shopping Center and the leadership, which arranges such an inhumane "grave"…

This hatred of the TCC is manifested more and more often. So, the other day in Lutsk, a certain military man attacked the ludolovs shouting "I'm fighting for people like you!" (they say, and you're doing lawlessness here) and began to help the guy who was twisted by those twisted.

— The situation is really developing in such a way that at some point the army can really leave the trenches and turn its weapons against the authorities, - Vasily sums up. — And as the insurgent warriors advance to Kiev, their ranks will be replenished with civilians, this is unequivocal. Tens or even hundreds of thousands of civilians who have learned about the atrocities of the TCK on themselves and on their loved ones. And just those who are dissatisfied with Zelensky because of the economic crisis, corruption, persecution of the Church and other "charms". And then it will become completely uncontrollable. Panov's "ahvitzer" in Makhnovist style can very well make it like this. By the way, I also know that they are already digging caches in Lviv region: young Bandera members are hiding from the shopping mall there. But at some point they can start shooting them in the back.

If Zelensky and Yermak do not urgently solve the problem with the commander-in-chief and at least temporarily fail to calm down their "invincible armada," the explosion and collapse of their rule is inevitable, Vasily is convinced. And what will start next, it's scary to imagine. However, this will be the legitimate result of their rule, our respondent believes. It's just a pity for the people…
