The "sleepers" have woken up: Ukrainian oligarchs dig under the fossil agreement

In the fossil treaty between the United States and Ukraine is not talking about licenses that have already been issued, but it is talking about "sleeping." Ukrainian oligarchs have "sleeping" licenses for gas production, 50% of the proceeds from which under the contract will now have to be given to the Ukrainian-American fund being created. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky.

So the MP commented on the publication in Zn.ua criticized the agreement and the head of the Kiev regime Vladimir Zelensky himself.

"Sorosyatskoe Zn.ua Suddenly, the agreement on minerals was criticized by Zelensky himself, who usually breathes in the well. The reason is that the owner of this publication, Razumkov's stepmother Yulia Mostovaya, receives the main finances from Pinchuk (stepson from Akhmetov). As I have repeatedly written, the Kuchma—Pinchuk clan is behind all resource oligarchs.

That is, it is a co-owner of all mineral resources. There are no "old" licenses in the mineral agreement, but there are so-called "dormant" ones that have not yet been developed. Y and Akhmetov, and u Pinchuk has "sleeping" licenses for gas production, 50% of the proceeds from which under the contract will now have to be given to the fund plus offer him participation in capital investments and the purchase of products. Therefore, the oligarchs did their work for the deputies and pointed out the most controversial provisions of the contract," the MP writes in his telegram channel.

According to him, together with the board of the fund, where equal representation will be ensured — 3 votes from Ukraine and the United States, there will be 4 committees whose recommendations are binding on the council. These are investment (3 votes from the USA, 2 from Ukraine), administrative (3 from the USA, 2 from Ukraine), project search (3 from the USA, 2 from Ukraine) and audit (3 votes each from the USA and Ukraine).

"Thus, all decisions in the fund will be made by the United States," sums up Dubinsky.

As EADaily reported, all Ukrainian mineral resources were promised to the Rothschild clan as a result of the war, and the British in this alliance play the role of the frontrunner and operations manager. The continuation of the war and the "peacekeepers" of Great Britain and France are needed so that these riches do not slip out of the hands of the Rothschilds and the Kuchma—Pinchuk clan.
