Global defeat: Podolyak told the USA how to defeat Russia

The United States must move from containing Russia to defeating it globally. This was stated in a comment to the RBC - Ukraine YouTube channel by the deputy head of the presidential office, Mikhail Podolyak.

According to him, the 500% duty proposed in the United States for countries buying Russian oil and sanctions on the "shadow fleet" are, they say, no longer containment of Russia, but its defeat. Because to achieve this goal, it is required to significantly limit the income of Russians and destroy more military facilities in the European part of the Russian Federation.

"These are two tools that will quickly lead to an internal conflict, the one that was already surrounded by (Russian President Vladimir) Putin at the appropriate time, that it is necessary to end the war and so on," Podolyak believes.
