On March 24, Russian-American consultations on the resumption of the Black Sea Grain Initiative will be held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, he noted.

It also touches on the details regarding the mechanisms of verification [of the ceasefire], peacekeeping, freezing the lines where they are now. And then, of course, a wider and permanent peace," said Waltz, quoted by TASS.

According to the adviser, "this will be some kind of discussion [of exchanging] the territory for permanent and long-term peace. He did not go into details.

As reported by EADaily, negotiations between representatives of the United States and Ukraine's crisis resolution efforts will begin in Saudi Arabia late tonight. This was reported by Reuters.

It was noted that the meeting would precede negotiations between the US and Russia, which are scheduled for Monday. The topic of discussion is a partial ceasefire, the Strana newspaper wrote.
