The agreement on the temporary cessation of strikes concerns only energy facilities, and not the entire infrastructure. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov.
"[A ceasefire] on energy infrastructure facilities," a Kremlin spokesman told reporters, answering a relevant question, quoted by TASS.
He did not comment on why the White House said in a statement about the ceasefire "in the field of energy and infrastructure": "I am the press secretary of the Russian president."
