The Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the port of Odessa. This was reported by the head of the Odessa regional military administration Oleg Kiper.
"As a result of the attack, the port infrastructure and a civilian vessel under the flag of the Republic of Panama, owned by one of the European companies, were damaged. Two men, port employees, were injured," the Keeper writes in his telegram channel.
It is noted that all relevant services are working to eliminate the consequences, doctors are providing the necessary assistance to the victims.
