"Pokrovsky❶ was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation," the report says.

The musician did not mark his non-agency status when posting on social networks, thereby earning the first fine under this article.

The Tagansky court of Moscow imposed a fine of 45 thousand rubles.

As reported by EADaily, earlier the Supreme Court of Russia refused to satisfy the complaint of Pokrovsky ❶, who demanded to exclude him from the list of foreign agents compiled by the Russian Ministry of Justice. The musician entered the register in March 2023.
