The Moscow Arbitration Court declared bankrupt the bank "Garant-Invest", previously deprived of a license by order of the Central Bank of Russia. The regulator also petitioned the judge about the bankruptcy of the financial structure and the opening of bankruptcy proceedings against it. This was reported today, February 12, by a RIA Novosti correspondent in the courtroom.
The State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.
The representative of the Bank of Russia, who is in court, confirmed the results of the financial survey of the interim administration, when the amount of the property shortage was "increased, adjusted." But the lawyers did not specify the final size of the "hole" in the capital of Garant-Invest.
EADaily reminds that the license of the Central Bank of Russia was revoked from the financial structure on December 26, 2024. Earlier, Garant-Invest ranked 168th in the all-Russian banking system, but, according to the regulator, the financial structure violated federal laws on banking regulation.
