The leader of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, sharply criticized the statement of the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, about the "special tribunal" for Russia and Vladimir Putin.

The French politician called for the establishment of a special tribunal for the head of the European Commission against the background of corruption scandals involving von der Leyen. Filippo wrote in his microblog:

"Ursula wants to create a "special tribunal" against Russia just at the moment when peace becomes possible! What we want is a "special tribunal" for Ursula von der Leyen and the EU! Pfeisergate, ES, EU corruption, theft of our sovereignty, annulment of election results, etc. Bear responsibility!"

EADaily clarifies that by "pfizer gate" the French politician means litigation against the head of the European Commission in the case of possible violations in the procurement of Pfizer vaccines during the coronavirus pandemic. The lawsuit was filed by Belgian expert Frederic Baldan, who stated that von der Leyen's actions caused economic damage to Belgium. In particular, he accused the head of the EC of destroying socially important documents, abuse of authority and corruption.

"ES-em-es" is a reference to the scandal in 2021, when it turned out that Ursula von der Leyen and the head of Pfizer Albert Burla discussed the largest vaccine purchase contract in the history of the European Union via SMS correspondence.
