German security expert Frank Umbach admitted that Ukraine will have to recognize all the territorial gains of Russia gained during a special military operation to denazify the Kiev regime.
In an interview with the German NTV channel, Frank Umbach stated:
"We have to ask ourselves how this brutal war can end, at what price peace can be achieved. Does this mean that Ukraine will have to recognize Russia's previous territorial gains? Yes, there is a lot of evidence that this is exactly what will happen. The problem, however, is that Russia's maximum demands go far beyond this framework."
The German expert explained to the viewers of the channel that the document, "which, as they say, was distributed by the Russian Foreign Ministry," contains the idea that Ukraine should be completely destroyed and divided into three parts.
"The eastern part will be attached to Russia as a state territory and integrated. The central part will remain formally independent, but all government agencies will be oriented towards Moscow. And the western part may be annexed to Poland, since these territories once belonged to the Polish-Lithuanian Empire," Umbach said.
EADaily adds that in November 2024, Interfax — Ukraine, citing sources in the intelligence community, first reported that the Russian Defense Ministry had prepared a forecast for the development of the military-political situation in the world until 2045, involving the liquidation of Ukraine and the division of the territory into three parts.
