Pilots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Dmitry Shimansky and Alexander Morozov pleaded guilty during the investigation of a criminal case on terrorism.
As a law enforcement source told TASS, the Ukrainian pilots cooperated with the investigation and confessed.
"Both defendants cooperated with the investigation and confessed in a criminal case on terrorism, which is being considered by a military court," the agency's interlocutor said.
He did not provide other details, referring to the case file, which contains classified information. Due to the presence of state secrets in the criminal case, the 2nd Western District Military Court decided the day before to consider the case behind closed doors.
Recall that on June 6, 2023, it became known about the detention by Russian security forces of two pilots of light aircraft of the new military intelligence unit of Ukraine.
As EADaily reported, the special services of the Kiev regime planned to drop "dirty bombs" on fuel and energy infrastructure facilities in the Ivanovo region. Both ukrodiversants, Dmitry Shimansky and Alexander Morozov, confessed about the committed and planned terrorist attacks in Russia.
