"I seriously think that Elon Musk is going crazy. Musk's mental state could have worldwide repercussions, he noted.
"His personal struggle would not cause general concern if it did not have dramatic consequences for society," said the biographer, who directly calls Musk "the new president of the United States."
"His insanity and growing incitement to violence puts all of us in danger," Abramson added.
The publication notes that the biographer's "informed warning", as he himself qualified his statement, sounded after Musk began to speak out about British politics.
