Russia and Abkhazia have agreed on the volumes of duty-free export of petroleum products for domestic consumption in Abkhazia in 2025.
The document was signed by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy and Transport of the Republic of Abkhazia and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Duty-free deliveries of petroleum products will be carried out in the following quantities:
- automobile gasoline with an octane rating of less than 95 — 70 thousand tons;
- automobile gasoline with an octane rating of 95 or more, but less than 98 — 23 thousand tons;
- diesel fuel — 30 thousand tons;
- petroleum bitumen — 7 thousand tons;
- propane — 2 thousand tons.
The measures are aimed at stable supply of Abkhazia with the necessary oil products.
