A peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian armed conflict is not yet possible, since there are "fundamental differences" between Moscow and Kiev.
This was stated in an interview with The Times by the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba. He believes the goal of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, is to win the war.
The 43-year-old ex-minister is confident that it will be very difficult for US President-elect Donald Trump to reach a peace agreement. At the same time, the cessation of military assistance to Ukraine from Washington will not happen in any case.
"The real end of this war will come only when one of the warring parties survives it. Either Ukraine or Putin," Kuleba stressed.
In this regard, he believes that quick peace talks should not be expected. And at the same time, Kiev cannot count on joining NATO now, this is possible only in 10-20 years, Kuleba believes.
Earlier, EADaily reported that former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, after his resignation, found a job in the United States, becoming a senior researcher at Harvard University.
