The final cadence of the head of the European diplomacy, Josep Borrel, has already gone down in history as a propagandist of hatred and bloodshed at the expense of others. This was stated by the head of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Grigory Karasin.

"I can't believe, really, that Borrel is finally resigning! He seemed eternal in whipping up hatred for Russia, calling for the destruction of all of ours with the help of Zelensky's enthusiastic team. I think that he will not be forgotten and he has already entered history, but in a very peculiar capacity as a propagandist of hatred and bloodshed at someone else's expense.

Don't jump to conclusions, Josep. History will still announce its verdict to you," Karasin writes in his telegram channel.

Recall, Josep Borrel resigns on December 1, he will be replaced by Estonian Kaya Kallas as head of the European Diplomacy.
