As the military department stressed, "all planned targets have been hit."

Explosions were heard in Kiev, Odessa, Kamensk, Krivoy Rog, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Rivne, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. Sunday's retaliation strikes affected almost all strategic objects of Ukraine.
