Just a good girl: Natasha Koroleva testified in the case of Talkov's murder

Honored Artist of Russia, singer Natasha Koroleva testified as a witness in the criminal case of the murder of Igor Talkov. This was announced in the telegram channel by the head of the united press service of the courts of St. Petersburg Daria Lebedeva.

"The Petrogradsky District Court, during the consideration of the criminal case against Valery Shlyafman, interrogates witness Natalia Vladimirovna Poryvai," she wrote, posting a photo of Koroleva in court.

According to Lebedeva, singer and composer Mikhail Muromov, as well as producer Alexander Tolmatsky, were supposed to attend today's court session, in addition to Natasha Koroleva, "who is just a smart girl." Both artists were duly notified by the court, but they did not appear.

The summons was also received by People's Artist of Russia Igor Nikolaev, who immediately contacted the court.

"We are waiting for Lolita Markovna again! We believe in it… But Bogdan Titomir is not a subscriber ... not registered in the network," Lebedeva concluded.

She recalled that in case of non-appearance, the court has the right "to fine the highly respected, employed and well-known, or to subject them to court proceedings."

As EADaily reported, Igor Talkov was killed on October 6, 1991 at the Yubileyny Sports Palace in St. Petersburg. Valery Shlyafman, the concert director of the artist, is accused of murder.

According to the investigation, since 1992, Shlyafman has been in Israel.

In January 2022, the court in St. Petersburg arrested Shlyafman in absentia. A request for legal assistance was sent to the Israeli authorities.

As part of the investigation of the criminal case, more than 150 witnesses were questioned throughout Russia, and one of the experts who conducted the examinations in 1991-1992 removed cutouts from Shlyafman's shirt with traces of blood, which are important for establishing his involvement in the murder.

In June of this year, the St. Petersburg prosecutor's office approved an indictment against the former director of the artist Valery Shlyafman. The criminal case was sent to the Petrogradsky District Court of St. Petersburg for consideration on the merits.

At the same time, it was pointed out that there was no real possibility of the accused's participation in the criminal process. The trial will be conducted in the absence of the Shlyafman.

At the same time, the head of the 2nd Investigative Department of the 1st Directorate for the Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the GSU of the RF IC on Anton Breido stated to St. Petersburg that the recently established details of Talkov's murder only confirm Shlyafman's guilt.
