The personal assistant of the blogger, the founder of the marathons of desires Elena Blinovskaya, Maria Rostova, said that the "queen of marathons" attended various events, studied at several universities, led a very active life.
"She had a stormy life: events, communication with people, communication with subscribers in social networks, charity, studying at several universities at the same time," RIA Novosti quotes Rostova.
Blinovskaya spent a significant part of her time studying psychology at universities.
"For example, you have to appear at a public event, and she stayed at a lecture. It's commendable, but it's strange for a public person," she said.
At the same time, the witness stressed that the teachers treated Blinovskaya with respect. Also, according to Rostova, the blogger was engaged in charity work, helped many people without advertising it.
As a personal assistant, Rostova organized Blinovskaya's events, travel, household chores, and made up her schedule. However, she does not know from which accounts the blogger's expenses were paid.
"I just looked that there was a note "paid", and immediately sent it," she explained.
Rostova added that part of the expenses were paid from the account of IP Blinovskaya, but maybe there were other organizations and individual entrepreneurs.
She asked for the position of personal assistant after she passed all the Blinovskaya marathons, but the employment relationship was not formalized in any way.
As EADaily reported, in April last year Blinovskaya and her rented car were detained at the border of Russia with Belarus. The blogger tried to leave the country. A criminal case was opened against her on tax evasion on an especially large scale and on charges of legalizing money acquired by criminal means. In the future, a criminal case was initiated on the commission of illegal turnover of payment funds.
According to the investigation, Blinovskaya, through the mediation of her spouse, evaded paying taxes in the amount of 918 million rubles. Further, they legalized part of these funds in the amount of 706 million rubles.
According to court documents, since 2019, all firms that participated in the blogger's earnings scheme have received income in the amount of 5.05 billion rubles.
In mid-August of this year, Blinovskaya, on her own from the pre-trial detention center, sent a statement to the court declaring herself bankrupt.
In early October, the court lifted the arrest from Blinovskaya's accounts. According to the court's decision, the total amount of funds from which the arrest was lifted is about 80 million rubles. The total amount of the fine is still more than 1.4 billion rubles.
Earlier, the former girlfriend of the blogger Lilia Orlenko testified in court. She said that Blinovskaya planned to withdraw funds from the sale of her "marathons of desires" abroad, to return the money back to She wasn't going to Russia.
