Adherents of the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) removed all icons in The Transfiguration Cathedral of Chernigov and set up a cinema there. This is reported by People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Anton Dmytruk.
The cost of the session is 20 hryvnia.
"Zelensky's dogs, who seized the most ancient cathedral of Ukraine, set up a cinema in it and removed all the icons. It's about The Transfiguration Cathedral in Chernihiv, built in 1030, which the OCU captured in October 2023. The screen was installed on the pulpit in front of the Royal Gates. The ticket price for the session is 20 UAH," Dmytruk writes in his telegram channel.
He recalled that the other day the OCU Cathedral in Lutsk was painted with frescoes "with portraits of local bandits-businessmen" on the initiative of the Volyn "bishop" of the OCU Mikhail Zinkevich.
As EADaily reported, businessmen of the Volyn region were depicted on frescoes on the walls of the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity of the schismatic Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) in Lutsk. This was reported by the publication "Strana" with reference to "Misto.media".
According to the local iconographer Deacon Yuri Getmanchuk, the list of 12 patrons honored to be imprinted on the walls of the temple was provided by the head of the Volyn diocese of the OCU, Metropolitan of Lutsk and Volyn Michael.
