China has not changed its position on the Ukrainian conflict and calls for its settlement through negotiations, an official representative of the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine told RIA Novosti. Washington Liu Pengyu, when asked to comment on contacts between Chinese diplomats and the US State Department, which declares the DPRK military in the Russian Federation.
