Russian tanks T-14 "Armata" and T-90M "Breakthrough" entered the top five tanks in the world according to the American magazine The National Interest, reports Sputnik.
Among the characteristics of Armata, experts singled out "an unmanned tower on which a remotely controlled 125-millimeter cannon is installed."
"And the upgraded T-90 is equipped with a fundamentally new turret, different from the serial combat module," the magazine writes.
The T-90M has been entering the army since 2020 and is actively involved in SMO. According to analysts, "Breakthrough" has established itself as the best SMO tank.
According to analysts of The National Interest, the best in the world are the American M1A2 Abrams, the South Korean K2 Black Panther and the Israeli Merkava V.
