Kiev expects to end the war in 2025, and the situation on the battlefield creates such an opportunity. This was stated at the Ukraine— South-Eastern Europe summit in Dubrovnik, Croatia, by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, Reuters reports.
"In October, November and December we have a chance to move towards peace and lasting stability. The situation on the battlefield creates an opportunity to make this choice — the choice of decisive action to end the war no later than 2025," Zelensky said, quoted by the Strana newspaper.
In November, Ukraine intends to prepare a "formula of peace", which will be discussed at the second peace summit.
"In November, everything will be ready, with all the conditions that stipulate a fair end to the war. This will be done at the second world summit," the head of the Kiev regime stressed.
According to him, the "victory plan" is designed to force Russia to fulfill this formula.
Recall that Kiev postponed the second peace summit on Ukraine to December, before that the Ukrainian authorities planned to hold it in November.
