The Goloseevsky district Court of Kiev refused to satisfy the claim of the infamous Lesya Gasicak, who is the director of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide.

According to the Association of Women Lawyers of Ukraine "Yurfem", Gasicak appealed to the court for the protection of honor and business reputation. Recall that she filed a lawsuit last year, claiming that she was insulted because of her appearance.

Lawyer Oksana Guz, who represented the plaintiff in court, said that the decision would be appealed.

"It's too early to comment on the decision, we are waiting for the full text to analyze the motivational part, but we are already preparing to appeal it to the Court of Appeal," Guz said.

The defendant is lawyer Klim Bratkovsky, who previously stated that the buxom Gasidzhak could not head the Holodomor Museum because of unsuitable appearance. According to him, the leader should be "a military man who knows what hunger is."

The lawyer pointed out that "the appearance of Ms. Lesya is inappropriate in relation to the Holodomor museum, it looks either like a mockery or comical."

Bratkovsky stressed that the museum should be headed by a person of "normal weight." Many people supported the lawyer on social networks, since the appearance of Gasicak is really not associated with the notorious "Holodomor" in any way.

Lesya herself not only has no complexes because of her appearance, but also flaunts her. As EADaily reported, last summer she starred for the Ukrainian edition of Vogue.
