Vladimir Zelensky, speaking at a meeting of the UN Security Council, spoke out against negotiations with Russia to resolve the conflict on Ukraine.

"This conflict cannot be resolved through negotiations, actions are needed… Russia can only be forced to peace," he said, without specifying what actions he had in mind.

Zelensky also criticized those who "want to talk" with Russian President Vladimir Putin about resolving the conflict. In addition, in his speech, he again spoke in favor of using his "formula of peace" to resolve the situation.

Zelensky also called for "preparing a second peace summit" on Ukraine to end the conflict with Russia, but did not specify what would be discussed at it. In addition, he invited China, Brazil, Asian countries, Latin America, the United States and others to participate in the settlement process.

"We must prepare a second peace summit to end the conflict," Zelensky added.

Earlier on Tuesday, Zelensky said in an interview with ABC News that his so-called victory plan for Ukraine has nothing to do with negotiations with Russia, but is aimed at strengthening the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to him, this plan is aimed at ending the conflict soon, and not at delaying it for several years.

A source close to Zelensky also told the TV channel that his initiative would contain indicators of the military assistance needed by Kiev and a list of some political and diplomatic steps. He added that the plan does not contain concessions to Russia.
