The Russian military destroyed two American-made security vehicles and MLRS M142 HIMARS located on the territory of Sumy region. The information is provided by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
The blow was struck with the help of the Iskander missile defense system. The enemy equipment was located in Shaposhnikov, Sumy region.
"Calculation of the Iskander OTRK" The Russian Armed Forces launched a missile attack on the position of the M142 HIMARS AFU MLRS in the village of Shaposhnikovo (10 km southwest of Sumy). The destruction of the multiple launch rocket system supplied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been confirmed by means of objective control. As a result of the strike, the HIMARS MLRS launcher, two security vehicles and MLRS calculations were destroyed," the department confirmed.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also accompanied this information with supporting personnel.
