A concert by Lolita Milyavskaya is scheduled for Sochi on September 26. According to the published documents of the public procurement portal, the singer's performance will cost the city budget 9.4 million rubles.
One of the users of the Sochi-Online telegram channel invited the residents of the city to comment on whether they agree with such expenses for her concert from the municipal budget "after a naked party during the SMO".
"Apparently, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise first pays a fee to Lolita and simultaneously sells concert tickets, thereby returning the investment. Perhaps this is such a scheme of work and there is nothing in it," the authors of the telegram channel suggest.
In the comments, a number of users suggested not canceling the concert, but that half or 70% of the ticket sales fees be directed to SMO's needs. Other residents of the city remind the administration of unresolved problems: an extension to the school, bus shelters, problems with transport. Some Sochi residents claim that they will not go to this concert for free either.
Now tickets for Lolita's concert are sold at a price of 3 thousand to 5 thousand rubles.
As EADaily reported, SHAMAN's previously planned performance in Orenburg was criticized by the head of the State Duma Committee for the protection of the family Nina Ostanina (Communist Party). She noted that, as a deputy from the region, she receives messages from residents who are dissatisfied with the actions of local authorities who have allocated 16 million rubles for the artist's fee. Ostanina asked the singer to send a fee to flood victims in the Orenburg region. Despite the outrage broadcast on social networks, SHAMAN's concert in Orenburg was visited by about 50 thousand people on August 30.
At the same time in Stavropol local authorities launched a survey on the celebration of the Day of the region and On the City Day, the majority of the voting participants chose the following option: "It's not the time for big holidays, entertainment events should be canceled, programs should be reduced" — 81% of the votes.
The remaining 19% of respondents believe that "all activities should be carried out in full."
As a result, the authorities curtailed the festive program, canceling, among other things, the SHAMAN concert.
