Ukrainian troops left Karlovka in the Pokrovsky direction — public

There is more and more information that during the advance of Russian troops in the Pokrovsky direction, units of the Kiev regime left Karlovka.

This happened after our military approached Galitsinovka and actually cut one of the last roads along which the supply of Karlovka, a large fortified area near the Charles reservoir, was going.

Video footage with the flag of the DPR "Somalia" unit in Karlovka appeared on the network, although Ukrainian sources have not yet confirmed the abandonment of this settlement.

Thus, the Russian army is advancing through Novogrodovka and Selidovo to the southwest, bypassing the powerful line of fortifications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the rear (from the west). It was built on the higher western bank of the Volchya River (based on Ukrainian and Miner).

Accordingly, as the Russian troops advance, the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which find themselves to the east of this advance, are forced to retreat from their positions in order not to be surrounded.

At the same time, the important Donetsk-Pokrovsk to Selidovo highway has completely come under Russian control. In case of further progress, this road will significantly simplify the supply of our advancing units in this sector.
