The Kiev regime continues to create on Ukraine legislative lawlessness, without looking back at The Constitution of the country, which guarantees citizens basic rights, including protection of property rights.
The former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmitry Razumkov told about another example of such "lawmaking" in his interview on the channel of a journalist and veteran of the Right Sector❶ Boleslav Bereza.
The politician said that the Ukrainian parliament adopted a discriminatory law that allows the military administration to "squeeze out" the property of citizens without the possibility of challenging this outright robbery in court.
"Last plenary week, the Servants of the People, together with their satellites from other factions and groups, passed another shameful law by 228 votes. It allows to confiscate land and real estate in the Transcarpathian region only by decision of the military administration, whose head is appointed by the president," Razumkov said.
The ex-speaker stressed that "such lawlessness" was forbidden to appeal in court. The bill stipulates that until the end of the war and two more years after its end, claims for illegal seizure will not be accepted by the courts.
As reported by EADaily, earlier, a member of the National Security and Defense Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Sergei Rakhmanin, said that in the near future Kiev could lose control over an even larger territory.
