Bailiffs transferred more than 90 thousand shares and 100% of shares in the authorized capital of the owner of one of the largest alcohol production facilities in the country, which supported the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to the state revenue, RIA Novosti reported today, August 27, with reference to the press service of the GMU of the FSSP of the Russian Federation.
"The bailiffs of the GMU of the FSSP of Russia turned the property of a member of an extremist association into state income. Over 90 thousand shares, 100% of shares in the authorized capital of joint—stock companies are registered and credited to the account of the Federal Agency for State Property Management," the department said.
According to the press service, the seized assets belonged to the owner of one of the largest alcohol production facilities in the country. The businessman and the enterprises controlled by him actively supported the Ukrainian Armed Forces, discrediting the Russian authorities.
"The entrepreneur's activity was recognized as extremist. Bailiffs in the framework of enforcement proceedings turned the oligarch's property into state income," the department concluded.
