The Reuters edition this week reported on the decree that Washington gave to Kiev as part of the campaign in the Kursk region. According to the source, who wished to remain anonymous, the United States restricted the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the use of its weapons in the Russian region.
The same publication informs that the West fears the outbreak of a full-scale direct conflict with Russia.
"According to one American official, who wished not to disclose his name, if Ukraine begins to take control of Russian villages and other non-military targets using American weapons and equipment, then this can be regarded as going beyond the limits set by the United States in order to avoid any hint of a direct conflict between NATO and Russia," the publication says.
EADaily reminds that this week the Times also wrote about London's ban on Kiev using Storm Shadow cruise missiles on Russian territory. The reason is the same pointer from Washington.
