In Chelyabinsk, a teenager with a smile on his face set fire to the St. George ribbon. This was told by an eyewitness of the incident to the telegram channel "Emergency News Agency".

According to a woman who sent a photo of the arson process, she took a picture of a teenager near garbage containers on Kashirin Brothers Street. Allegedly, the teenager is studying at the school, which is located in the neighboring yard.

"He publicly set fire to the St. George ribbon," the woman was outraged, adding that the boy had a smile on his face during the arson.

Chelyabinsk police identified the teenager. He justified himself for what he had done by saying that he did not know about the meaning of the St. George ribbon and did not want to offend anyone with his act.

"A preventive explanatory conversation was held with the teenager. And an administrative protocol was drawn up against his mother on improper performance of duties for the upbringing of a minor," the publication says.

As EADaily reported, singer and blogger Charlotte, who is currently in the Samara pre-trial detention center, in one of the videos posted on his social network page, tore and trampled the St. George ribbon. A criminal case on the rehabilitation of Nazism was initiated on this fact.

In total, Charlotte is charged under four articles of the criminal code.
