A red flag of revenge has been raised over the Jamkaran Mosque in Iran. This testifies to the inevitable response to the murderers of the head of the Hamas Politburo, Ismail Haniyeh, Iranian TV channels broadcast today, July 31.

The Jamkaran Mosque is located 6 km from the city of Qom and is a sacred place for Shiite Muslims.

Today, the Iranian Foreign Ministry announced that the country has the right to retaliate in connection with the murder of Haniyeh. He arrived in the Iranian capital at the official invitation to the inauguration of Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian.

Tehran also said that it was the United States that was responsible for the murder. The last time a red flag appeared over the Jamkaran Mosque was after the January terrorist attack in the city of Kerman, where mourning events were held on the anniversary of the assassination of IRGC General Kassem Soleimani. Then, according to the Iranian Tasim agency, 50 people were killed, about 60 more were injured, TC Readovka reminds.
