In Turkey, a Russian was detained who blew up the car of an officer of the Russian Armed Forces in the north of Moscow. This is reported by the press service of the Turkish Interior Ministry.
"A Russian citizen who blew up a car in Moscow has been detained in Turkey," the head of the department said.
According to Turkish media, Russian Yevgeny Serebryakov was detained in Bodrum.
Earlier, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov reported that the perpetrator of today's car bombing in Moscow managed to escape to Turkey and is now there.
