Russia’s Economic Development Ministry while preparing outlook plans for 2016 based on the oil price at $35-$40 per barrel, Economic Development Minister Aleksey Ulyukaev told journalists.
The ministry intends to present one of the developed plans in April. The current action plan is based on the oil price at $50 per barrel.
