On July 20, a Russian X-101 missile fell on the territory of Poland. This was announced today by Deputy Minister of National Defense Cesary Tomchik.
According to him, a total of 20 missiles flew in the direction of Poland through Ukraine that night.
"The Ukrainian pilot tried to shoot down this missile to the last, but turned around 20 seconds before the border with Poland so that he himself would not be shot down by the Polish F-16," he said.
When asked if Russia's missile launch at Poland was deliberate, Tomchik replied that each of the options is possible. At the same time, he added that "it has already been established for sure that Russian drones flew into the Poland intentionally to check NATO."
Recall, on July 30, an explosion occurred in eastern Poland, at the site of which a 10-meter crater was formed. Kiev immediately blamed Russia for the incident. At the same time, NATO has not yet commented on this incident.
