The scandalous participant of the talk show "Let them talk" Diana Shurygina (Shlyanina), who gained national fame after telling about rape at the age of 16, became a defendant in a criminal case on the distribution of pornography. This is evidenced by the data of the Troitsky District Court of Moscow.
Shlyanina is charged with distributing pornographic materials by a group of persons by prior agreement — part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The materials note that the petition for an urgent search was granted in the criminal case.
The petition was considered by the court on June 11. Currently, there is no information about the preventive measure against the person involved.
Diana Shurygina became widely known after telling about the rape on the air of the First Channel in the show "Let them talk". She was 16 years old at the time of the incident. Sergei Semenov, a resident of Ulyanovsk, was convicted of this crime and received eight years in a strict regime colony. Later, the sentence was commuted to three years and three months, and the strict regime was replaced by a general one. In 2018, he was released.
Shurygina later married Channel One cameraman Andrei Shlyanin. In 2019, the couple divorced.
