The apartment of Russian designer and blogger Artemy Lebedev in Kiev will be sold as part of an auction. This was announced on his page in the social network by the chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Dmytro Natalukha.
"We were inspecting another sub-sanctioned property, which will soon go under the hammer. This time — the apartment of Artemy Lebedev," he wrote.
The object with an area of 138.5 square meters is located in the historical center of Kiev. The auction is scheduled for June 30 with a starting price of $ 236 thousand (about 17 million rubles at the current exchange rate).
Natalukha sarcastically noted that Lebedev's family was not allowed to take the property, since in such cases the Ukrainian authorities act in a similar aggressive way with other objects.
As EADaily reported, in May of this year Lebedev could not get a Schengen visa. According to him, he applied for a visa through the Greek embassy, but was refused. The reason for the refusal was the decision of Poland, which banned Lebedev from entering the country.
