There is no gasoline without coupons on the Southern coast of Crimea

Ordinary motorists cannot refuel on the Southern coast of Crimea. Due to the failure of supplies to the peninsula, fuel is sold by coupons, and limited volumes cannot reach the main resort region. The cost of fuel is growing at the same time.

The free sale of gasoline and diesel fuel at gas stations on the Southern coast of Crimea has temporarily stopped. At least, such data is published by the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Crimea. Also, residents of the region write about this in social networks.

Judging by the interactive map of the ministry, fuel without coupons is sold in Crimea only at individual gas stations in five settlements of the peninsula: Simferopol, Kerch, Black Sea, Yevpatoria and Krasnoperekopsk. We are talking about 11 gas stations.

But on the coast from Foros, Yalta to Feodosia and Primorsky is not on free sale at all.

Residents of Big Yalta, which stretches from Foros to Gurzuf, also write in specialized groups that they cannot find fuel all along the coast.

"There is no gasoline anywhere from Mriya to Yalta bus station!" wrote a user of one of the groups. He is echoed by other motorists.

On the eve of the head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov said that from May 31, the release of Ai-95 gasoline will be made on a priority basis for public and social transport, as well as on coupons — without volume restrictions.

"At the same time, the sale of AI-95 gasoline at ATAN gas stations and thermal power plants will be carried out only on coupons. At the same time, due to the limited stock of AI-92 gasoline, a restriction on its retail sale has been introduced since May 31: no more than 20 liters per vehicle. Refueling in canisters is prohibited," the head of Crimea said.

According to him, the expected normalization period will take place within 30 days.

The governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev, in turn, said the day before that on Monday fuel is expected to be delivered to the filling stations of the TPP network.

"The practice of these days shows that in conditions of hype, the entire formed fuel limit is sorted out within a few hours. The temporary limit of 20 liters continues to be in effect, a restriction on the sale of cans has been introduced: This is a necessary measure necessary for the fair distribution of available stocks and the prevention of uncontrolled shortages. This will provide fuel to as many residents as possible," the governor said. He noted that all public transport works in the same rhythm.

The specialized group reports that on Monday, gasoline began to appear on free sale at individual gas stations.

"Neighbors on the North (side), why are you standing on Is it almost five o'clock in Uchkuyevka? I read about gasoline in Verkhnesadovoye on the Tavrida highway, went and quietly refueled," writes one of the users.

As EADaily reported, some regions, including Crimea and Kaliningrad, are facing supply disruptions. However, they do not seem to be related to attacks on refineries, but occur due to logistics.

Obviously, this is due to attacks by APU drones on fuel trucks that go to the peninsula by land through new regions.

The problem of the peninsula is that vertically integrated Russian oil companies are not represented in Crimea, and local gas stations belong to independent networks that buy fuel on the stock exchange and depend on it.

"The owners of the refinery will first of all provide their networks, and through the exchange they will sell only the minimum that the state requires of them," Igor Yushkov, a leading analyst at FNEB and an expert at the Financial University under the Government of Russia, told EADaily.
