The publication says that the loss of the F-16 is a heavy blow to the Air Force (Air Force) of Ukraine, which is now already weakened.

According to the publication, the Ukrainian army now has only about 30 such fighters, while their operation is difficult due to a shortage of spare parts and poor training of personnel.

Earlier, EADaily reported that the F-16 fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was shot down over the Sumy region. Judging by the description of eyewitnesses, he was flying from Nezhin, where one of the AFU air bases is located.

The fighter was destroyed by a missile. He started an evasive maneuver, but did not have time. According to local residents, the plane was torn in half and the debris fell into the fields outside the town of Korolevets.
