Ukraine agreed to give Russia Donbass at the Istanbul talks in 2022. This was stated in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson by the former press secretary of the head of the Kiev regime of Vladimir Zelensky, Yulia Mendel.
"I talked to people who represented Ukraine at the talks in Istanbul in 2022... and they explained to me in detail that they agreed to everything. Moreover, which is very important, they said that Zelensky personally agreed to give up Donbass," Mendel said, quoted by Strana.
Zelensky agreed to give up the region because it meant the end of the war, she noted.
"And now he stands in front of an audience of millions and says, 'I can't give up Donbass.' See, he's inconsistent. He changes positions all the time...I have no personal revenge, but I believe that today Zelensky is one of the biggest obstacles on the way to peace," Mendel added.
As reported by EADaily, the head of the Kiev regime built on Ukraine has a whole mafia structure, and state institutions have been turned into personal ATMs of his friends. This was stated in the social network X by the ex-press secretary of Zelensky, Yulia Mendel.
So she commented on the publication in Ukrainska Pravda, which provides new information on the corruption case related to Zelensky's "wallet" Timur Mindich.
